When you book into a healing session, after a brief discussion we may suggest the type of healing that is required, however as with the nature of energy healing we may need to alter the offer depending on what we feel is most beneficial to you at the present time.

During a treatment you will lie down fully clothed (shoes removed) on a massage table lightly covered with a blanket or if more comfortable you may alternatively sit upright in a chair. Relaxing music will usually be played throughout the treatment, and the environment will be peaceful and comfortable. During a treatment, my hands will be placed either lightly on the body or just above (avoiding any personal areas) For people with mobility problems, it is also possible to give Reiki whilst seated in a chair. You will feel totally relaxed and sometimes you may feel the energy as warmth, coolness, or sometimes beautiful colours are experienced, but most people just fall into a state of deep relaxation.

We are all vibrational beings and we have carbon DNA and crystalline DNA. We work with you etherically to allow you to live your full IAM Prescence during this lifetime. Energy healing is aligned to your souls divine plan not any particular religious doctrine, and as we are all sovereign beings and have free will, please let us know if this may be an issue for you and we can suggest an alternative. We may call upon the energies of the elements, spirit guides ascended masters, the sacred directions for the healing sessions and we may also use other tools such as a medicine drum, rattle, feathers, herb bundles and natural objects from the land to do this work.

There is no set amount of sessions for Reiki, most people opt for a course of 3 to 4 sessions followed by a top up as and when needed. If you are experiencing a long term or chronic health condition, I am more than happy to discuss the possibility of a discounted rate for you. Shamanic energy sessions are very impactful and often gets to the root emotional cause. Djue to the intensity of the session, you may find you require a follow up may be required. A package can be provided to you in all cases.
