Abdominal Therapy is a technique that is suitable for every human with an abdomen and pelvis. It is an external massage, stimulating essential aterial and venal blood flow throughout the body.
This technique is based on the teachings of Dr Rosita Arvigo (Napropath, Herbalist and traditional healer) and the Maya shamans and healers of Belize such as Don Ejilo Panti and Miss Hortence Robinson.
Dr Rosita Arvigo dedicated many years learning from and working with her local community in Belize, as an apprentice for Don Eilijio Panti and midwife Miss Hortence Robinson. The techniques used today are a combination of those taught by the Maya lineage and additions from Dr Rosita’s Work as a Napropath and herbalist.
